If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option that speeds replacement. Simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to email@example.com.

All orders that are in stock and ready top ship are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item is made on-demand, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. In the meantime we will ship you any part of your order that is in stock and ready to ship. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
