We will refund or replace any order If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase; within 30 Days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option that speeds replacement. Simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to support@getdownart.com.

Subject must include: Refund or Replacement - ORDER NUMBER

Body of email must include:

-ORDER NUMBER
-Shipping ID or item number
-A brief description of the reason for the return

Turnaround

All orders that are in stock and ready top ship are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

On-Demand Orders

If an item is made on-demand,  please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. In the meantime we will ship you any part of your order that is in stock and ready to ship. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
